All items are for pre-order. None of the items are on-hand unless indicated as such.

No, we do not entertain COD as of the moment due to the fact that items are on pre-order basis. Deposits are needed to secure orders.
Ordering with us is easy and seamless and can now be done at https://www.aegyo.ph:
Step 1 – Find the items you want to order and put it in the shopping cart. Once you’ve put all the items you want to order, click check out.
Step 2 – In the Checkout page, fill up the form thoroughly and completely. Make sure the information is correct. Any incorrect information can cause delays in shipping. Also ensure that you have a working email address as all information will be sent there.
Step 3 – Choose your shipping method, whether door to door or pickup from the nearest LBC branch. Depending on the option, the shipping fee would be calculated (where applicable)
Step 4 – Review the items for your purchase and select your preferred payment method. Click confirm order.
Step 5 – An order confirmation will be sent to the email address you have provided with instructions on how to pay for your order and by when.
We send orders to the specified address through our couriers – Abest. There is also an option for LBC pickup but that would entail higher shipping fees.
No. Only submit an order if you are 1000% sure that you are ordering. By confirming your order, you abide by our terms and conditions. Failure to meet the payment deadline means posting you as a bogus buyer/joy reserver.
Downpayment option is only available for Albums, Lightsticks, DVDs, Photobooks, Official BT21 and other Official Merchandise. Take note that downpayments are non-refundable unless the item is officially out of stock in Korea.
Items are shipped by batches from overseas. Please observe the dates that we have published for that particular batch that you are part of. Take note that in order to be part of the batch, you need to settle your payment by the specified cutoff. Usually our ETA ranges from 4-6 weeks from cutoff to allow allowances for customs processing.
Yes, they definitely are! This helps you support your kpop idols for their Musicbank, Inkigayo, Music Core and other music show wins. All albums are counted in the Hanteo and Gaon charts.
Sorry, we don’t do meetups. All purchases are delivered through our couriers depending on your address.
